Dave Andres founded Dave Andres Investments in the early 1970s. He opened his first Real Estate investment office at 5037 Tracy Street in Dallas. He purchased, renovated, and managed real estate properties on North Henderson and Lower Greenville and was instrumental in revitalizing both neighborhoods. Dave was affectionately known as the "Mayor of Henderson." In the Mid 80's, the company (renamed Andres Properties) came under the management of his sons, Marc and Roger.
