Andres Properties is a family-owned real estate company committed to buying, owning, and managing properties that contribute value to the surrounding communities. We have over thirty years experience owning and developing commercial properties on North Henderson, Lower Greenville and other central Dallas areas. Andres Properties works hard to create a valuable relationship with its tenants. As experts in our markets, we know which businesses have the best chance for success in a particular location. Once established, our tenants offer long-term value to the surrounding communities.
History
Dave Andres founded Dave Andres Investments in the early 1970s. He opened his first Real Estate investment office at 5037 Tracy Street in Dallas. He purchased, renovated, and managed real estate properties on North Henderson and Lower Greenville and was instrumental in revitalizing both neighborhoods. Dave was affectionately known as the "Mayor of Henderson." In the Mid 80's, the company (renamed Andres Properties) came under the management of his sons, Marc and Roger.
